Calls from tables

When a guest asks for the bill, water, cutlery or staff from their phone, it arrives in a tray along the bottom of the till, and on the waiter's phone. One person says I'll do it, so two people don't walk over with forks, and the guest sees who's coming.

1. A new call slides into the tray with a green glow and one chime. Orders from tables arrive there too, with Review and send.
2. Tap I'll do it. Every till and phone now shows "Rohit is on it", and the guest's phone says "Rohit is bringing the bill".
3. Bring it, then tap Done on the card.
4. Tap a card for more: how long ago, whether they asked twice, whose table it is, and other calls from the same table (Take both). Done already closes a call someone handled without the till.

Oldest calls are on the left. A call nobody has taken turns amber at 2 minutes and red at 4. When more calls wait than fit, the rest fold into +2 more · See all. On the order screen the tray sits under the menu, so it never covers the order or Send.

Waiter phone › the call at the top › I'm on it

1. A call from a table you seated drops in from the top and buzzes once: I'm on it, Done already, or Later.
2. If nobody takes it within 45 seconds, every waiter's phone gets it.
3. The green count at the top opens Calls: the ones you took (Done), the ones waiting, and the ones taken by others (Take over).
