The floor plan and tables
Areas and tables are what the tills show as tiles to tap, and each table gets its own QR code.
Back office Floor Add tables
- Open Floor (for the branch chosen in the sidebar).
- Optional: Add area for each part of the restaurant (Inside, Terrace, Bar).
- Tap Add tables: choose what they Start with (T, or a letter), the First number, How many and Seats each.
- Tap a table to change its name, seats or area, or mark it Out of use (hidden on tills, history kept).
- Long-press and drag tables to change the order tills show them.
Example
A restaurant with a terrace
Inside: tables T1–T12, 4 seats each. Terrace: Add tables starting with P, first number 1, how many 6, seats 2: P1–P6. In winter, mark the terrace tables Out of use; they disappear from tills and come back with their history in spring.
Can I delete a table?
Tables are never deleted, so old orders still show where they were. Mark it Out of use instead.
A café without tables?
On the Getting started list, choose No tables. The till opens on new orders, and open orders are on the right.
If it goes wrong
"Open order on this table: change the area after it closes"
A table with an open order can't change area. Close or move the order first.
