Reports
Sales, payments, shifts, staff activity, kitchen tickets without a bill, QR ordering, promotions, add-ons, stock, the kitchen, and the accounting export, each a tab with the same days and branches.
Back office Reports
- Open Reports.
- Choose the days: Today, 7 days, This month, a Month, or Custom… (a year at most).
- Choose the branches at the top (all, several or one). Branches with the same currency are added up; other currencies are shown apart.
- Pick a tab:
- Sales: sales with tax, bills, average, tax collected, discounts and free dishes, sales by day, how bills were paid, and Changed after printing;
- Payments and Shifts: see Shifts and payments in the back office;
- Staff activity: sales, bills, voids, discounts, refunds and no-sales by staff, and Shared PIN?;
- Tickets without a bill: food sent to the kitchen with no bill;
- QR ordering, Promotions, Add-ons, Stock, Kitchen, Accounting export.
- Tap Download CSV for any of them.

Last month at two branches
Month September, branches Circular Quay and Surry Hills: sales 84.200, 2,812 bills, average 29.94. Sales by day shows the best day (Saturday 20th). Discounts by staff shows who gave what, and who approved it.

Food sent but no bill
Tickets without a bill shows 1 ticket: a burger sent at 8:42 pm, order closed without a bill by Tom, value 18.00. Tap it for the order's full trail: who sent, voided, moved and closed it.
What does "Changed after printing" mean?
A printed bill was changed (a new bill replaced it). Red means a change that lowered what the guest paid. The list shows who, why, and what it was before and after.
What does "Shared PIN?" mean?
The same person was active on two tills in the same minutes: someone else may know their PIN. It's worth a look, not proof of anything. Ask them to change their PIN on the till.
Why don't today's numbers match the till's shift report?
Reports use business days at each branch; a shift can run across two. Check the same days and branch, and that every till has synced.
If it goes wrong
A report looks empty
Check the days and branches chosen at the top. A till that's offline uploads its sales when it reconnects.
