Payment methods and cash rounding
The methods Take payment offers on the till, in your order and with your names, and how cash is rounded where there are no small coins.
Back office Settings Country and money Payment methods
- Open Settings › Country and money.
- Under Payment methods, tap + Add: the Name on the till, its Kind (Cash, Card, Digital (QR, wallet, transfer), Voucher or gift card, Other), and whether it Asks for a reference (Never, Optional, Always) and what to ask for.
- Use Move up and Move down to set the order on the till.
- Set Cash rounding (card and digital payments are never rounded).

Example
A café's methods
"Card" (Card), "Cash" (Cash), "QR" (Digital, asks for the last 4 digits of the reference, optional), "Gift card" (Voucher, always asks for the card number). Cash rounding to the nearest 5 cents, so a 7.62 bill takes 7.60 in cash.
Can I remove a method?
Yes, except the last cash method: the till needs one. Past payments keep their method, and a removed method can come back.
Where do delivery apps go?
Add them as order sources here; their orders can have their own prices (see Add dishes).
If it goes wrong
"No cash method: the till can't take cash"
Add a method of kind Cash.
