Devices and working offline
Each till shows a small chip at the top: Synced, Syncing…, Offline · 12 waiting, or Needs attention. The back office's Devices page shows every device at the branch.
Back office Devices
- Open Devices. Filter All, or by kind: Tills, Kitchen screens, Kiosks, Phones, and Removed ones.
- Each row shows the device's Name, What it is, what it Shows (a kitchen screen's stations), Now (Online, or Offline 12 min with the row marked) and Connected by (who and when).
- Tap a device to open it on the right:
- What it is: make a till a kitchen screen, or the other way round. It switches within seconds; anyone signed in on it is signed out;
- Stations: what a kitchen screen shows (Every station, or the ones you pick). It changes at once;
- Flash its screen: it lights up with its name for a few seconds, to find which tablet is which;
- Rename, Re-link (a till lost its login), and Disconnect (lost, stolen or replaced).
- Connect a screen and Type a code add a new one (see Connect a till or a screen).

The internet drops on a Friday night
The router fails at 8:10 pm. Tills show Offline · 12 waiting and keep taking orders, printing tickets over the local Wi-Fi and taking cash and card. At 8:45 the internet is back: the chip shows Syncing…, then Synced, and the back office shows everything.
What doesn't work offline?
Connecting a new device, and anything that needs the server right then: a QR order can't reach the till, and a QR payment needs your bank to confirm. Everything else carries on.
Two tills changed the same table while offline
Nothing is lost. When they reconnect, the till asks how to carry on (merge, keep both, or move one), and Review lists it.
A till was stolen
Open it in Devices and tap Disconnect. It stops at once, its login is blocked for good, and it clears its data the next time it connects.
If it goes wrong
"Its clock is … minutes off"
Bills depend on the time. On the device, set the date and time to automatic.
If it goes wrong
Changes stay "waiting to upload" for hours
Check the till's internet. If it's online and still waiting, open Menu › Diagnostics on the till, or Help from Tillmora to send us its state.

Which tablet is the Tandoor screen?
Two tablets on the kitchen wall look the same. In Devices, open "Tandoor screen" and tap Flash its screen: the left one turns orange with "Tandoor screen" on it for a few seconds.

The grill needs its own screen tonight
The kitchen screen showing Every station is too busy. In Devices, open it and pick Oven and Tandoor under Stations; connect a spare tablet as a Kitchen screen for Grill. Both change within seconds.
