Subscribe, pay and invoices

For owners and managers · updated 18 Oct 2026

Subscribe any time on the web back office: nothing is charged before the first payment date. Pay monthly or yearly (two months free), per branch, in your local currency.

Back office (web) Settings Subscription Subscribe

  1. Open Settings › Subscription in the web back office.
  2. Choose how you pay: Monthly or Yearly (2 months free), for each region you have branches in.
  3. Check On the invoice: the business name, tax number (if any), address and the email for invoices.
  4. Tap Subscribe: a secure payment form opens (your card goes straight to the payment provider; Tillmora never sees it).
  5. Done: You're subscribed! Nothing is charged until the first payment date; the invoice comes by email.

To change how you pay, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, use the same page: Change, Switch to yearly (or monthly), Cancel subscription.

Example

Two branches in India, subscribing early

In December 2026, the owner of Spice Route subscribes Monthly for 2 branches: 598 a month from 1 May 2027, GST included. Due today: nothing. On 1 May the first payment is taken and the invoice is emailed.

Example

Branches in two countries

An owner with branches in Australia and New Zealand subscribes each region in its own currency on the same page: one subscription per region.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Before the first payment, nothing is charged at all. After, it runs to the end of what's paid; then everything becomes read-only until you subscribe again. Your data stays.

A new branch opens. Does the price change?

Branches are counted for you: the next renewal includes it.
